  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

    We understand life can be unpredictable, and at times you may need to cancel or reschedule. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to make any changes. The first late cancellation can be waived, but any future late cancellations will result in a cancellation fee.

  • Does this center have a crisis hotline?

    We are not a crisis center and are not open 24/7. Our business hours are 10am-6pm Monday to Friday.

  • Who should I call if I have a crisis?

    If you or someone is having am mental health and/or addiction crisis CALL 988

    What to expect when you call 988?

    Trained professional will answer your call.

    You will be asked to describe your crisis.

    You will receive support over the phone and link you to additional care as necessary.

    In some cases a mobile team will be sent to your location, and you may be transferred to 911 if needed.

    If you are in immediate emergency contact 911.

  • How will I be supported if I am dealing with suicidial challenges?

    Feel free to create a safety plan before your session with your therapist, and share it with them that they can upload it to your chart & discuss it over with you. Your therapist will determine if our services are the appropriate level of care that you need or if you need to be referred to a higher level of care.
